This was such a hit with my friends! If you love Buffalo Chicken dip, this recipe takes it and makes it southern-ified! Pulled pork meets creamy cheese in this Cheesy BBQ Pulled Pork dip, for this great appetizer and addition to any get-together.
I wanted to re-create a recipe for some Honey Citrus wings we had at a bar recently that we absolutely loved, using some of our new fruit purees! For this recipe, we used the Naranjilla (a Colombian citrus) from our friends at Wislla Distribution, however, you could sub that out with orange juice, lime juice, or another citrus fruit juice of choice.
This includes recipes for my classic BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos and newly created Adobo Chicken Nachos. These recipes can be altered based on ingredients you have in your fridge and pantry too, so get creative!

When I was younger, we used to have Peruvian friends who would invite us to their house to have supper, and they made us Arepas – corn and cheese pancakes. They added little bits of queso fresco to their batter before cooking, and I have made them that way ever since they taught me how to make them all those years ago! This is my non-dairy take on the classic Spinach artichoke dip! This is a massive hit at parties, and my best friend asks me to make this for him for his birthday every year.
