For this special edition of Weekend Foodie Warriors, join us to review Euphoria Greenville’s Feast by the Field – Jazz Brunch Edition, featuring bites, drinks, live music and much more! 👏
Since 2006, Euphoria GVL has delighted our ears, tongues, and eyes with music, food, and drinks from around with country, with over 26 states represented as of last year and 112 events held throughout the year. This is our fifth year covering Euphoria’s amazing events. It would have been six, but we skipped last year for Beanie’s birth (it was right around the same time). Read on for more delish details about the Jazz brunch!

Euphoria has always been great about making sure everyone gets swag from Feast by the Field! Right as you walked through the gate, they had a take-home, make-your-own mocktail kit along with liquefied mocktails to start you off! Check out the photos below for some of the additions you could add to your drink.

Next came what I like to call “Craft Beer Alley”. I didn’t take pictures of all the vendors this year, but some of my favorite liquor vendors are pictured below. 1911 Established is one of my favorite hard cider brands, and they came out with some awesome fall flavors this year, including an apple cider donut and lingonberry hard cider. The folks from Brown Forman featured two cocktails: Ford’s Gin Apricot Blossom Drink and a Diplomatico Espresso Martini, complete with an espresso martini drink fountain! One of the highlight pieces of this section of the event for sure. Another great vendor I loved learning about was local Asheville, NC Ginger’s Revenge. They have a distillery near the French Broad Chocolate shop, where they make hard ginger beer. Loved their fall flavors and Cranberry Herb drink as well. We will be making a day trip to see the distillery!
I love that, in the past few years, Euphoria has stuck with including allergen labeling on the menu items for bigger events like this. I didn’t try all the allergen-friendly vendors, but since it was brunch, I feel like there were more than I remember seeing in previous years. Lots of labels for vegetarians, dairy-free, and gluten-free! Some of my favorite bites this year included all of the savory and sweet dishes from The Pantry and Dlightful Dsserts. It’s hard if you don’t have allergies to feel understand the feeling of being grateful to eat absolutely anything from a restaurant without asking 10 million questions about ingredients first.
I will say there were quite a few other vendors that were just gluten-free or vegetarian and gluten-free, but I wasn’t able to try those or take pictures this year. Some other favorites we did try included:
- The pickled shrimp toast from Chris Wehking of 3’s Golf
- Shrimp ceviche from High Spirits Hospitality
- The seafood gumbo with Carolina gold rice from Derrick Fullmer out of Savory Spoonful Catering in Savannah, GA
- The Longganisa garlic rice bowl from Orchid Paulmeier of One Hot Mama’s BBQ in Hilton Head, SC
- The Breakfast Banh Mi from Banh & Butter in Greenville, SC
- And the chicken bog from Randall Knight at Nard’s Backyard Barbecue in Greenville, SC.
- Another one I didn’t unfortunately get to taste was the Creole Red beans and rice from Stephanie Bolden at Chef Stephanie Bolden and Co from Greenville, SC. I’ve had her food before at other events, and I’m bummed I didn’t have enough room to try her dish before I left.
Check out these other photos of more swag opportunities that we had and folks enjoying the infield and festivities!
*Some parting notes about Feast by the Field: Similar to previous years, a good chunk of the vendors stayed the same from Day One to Day Two. A lot of them did not, so one of the benefits of buying tickets for both days is that you get access to drinks, bites, cooking demos, or music from people that aren’t slated for Day Two.
In past years, the vendors that stay both days will typically change their menus for Day Two. It changes it up for the people that do buy tickets to both events, and incentivizes those people to come back and visit their booths to see if they’ve done something different.
I’m super grateful to have been invited back again and excited to see what next year’s Euphoria has in store for our ever-growing Greenville! Check out the other Euphoria blogs I’ve written from 2021 (here and here), 2022, 2023, and 2024 for more fun festival reads.
